The Funeral Portrait

The Funeral Portrait is an emotional rock outfit with a mix of theatrics and devotion to their passion for loud, uncompromising and anthemic music.

The Funeral Portrait stands to represent the outcasts from all walks of life. The misunderstood, the weird, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, marginalized and otherwise given an unfair hand in life. To offer a sense of community, a place to belong and a space where they can feel safe and accepted for their differences. 

We all grew up “the weird kid” who was saved by music and the alternative culture, so we feel obligated to return this to the younger generation. This message is shouted to the masses through our over-the-top theatrics and dramatic, almost blown out, presentation.
